Last week, our Salt Lake City office hosted our annual company-wide meetings. I have been fortunate enough to participate in every company-wide meeting since their inception. Every year, the size of the gathering grows significantly. This year we expanded our employee participation by 75%. These numbers are staggering considering industry trends in our market.
Company loyalty and culture are critical in our continued success. They result in a staff with high industry and product knowledge. Our clients continue to reap these rewards with much higher than average implementation success and an overall favorable experience from sales to go live. I’m proud of our team. We are poised to continue this level of quality and service even as we anticipate doubling our staff in 2017.
With a decentralized team, it’s very important to share new ideas as well as camaraderie among peers. Training on new capabilities and creating a real team spirit are the cornerstone for such meetings. We had such a great meeting this November; days full of collaborative meetings and evening events that set the trademark of our brand.
