Lane County Development Disability Services Launches CaseWorthy™ Solution with the New Foster Care FunctionalityLane County Development Disabilities Services (LCDDS) recently launched their CaseWorthy solution. LCDDS is responsible for case management services for over 1,700 children and adults with intellectual and development disabilities living in Lane County. LCDDS is the second largest county community development disabilities program in the state. The CaseWorthy solution helped  streamline Case Management tasks and increase the effectiveness of electronic data entry by creating a unique software system specific to LCDDS’s requirements. Numerous custom forms, reports, and other functionalities were built to accommodate the extensive Case Management requirements used by LCDDS. This was a huge project requiring extensive hard work from CaseWorthy and LCDDS staff. LCDDS’s implementation also included Foster Care functionality. CaseWorthy’s Foster Care functionality collects basic data and creates a profile for each person seeking placement. The CaseWorthy Foster Care functionality allows LCDDS to track client placement data for many Provider types, including:
