CaseWorthy is excited to announce the initial go live for five partner agencies for the Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (CAPAI). This statewide deployment will be fully deployed to all 11 Partner agencies by end of year 2014.
The statewide approach for CAPAI will offer many benefits for participating agencies and the clients they serve. Data sharing is has become a top priority to offer quality services throughout the state. The new CAPAI approach will assure each client served will receive the appropriate level of assistance for each program they participate in. The initial programs being managed by CaseWorthy are the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Weatherization, CSBG, Food, ITSAP (Idaho telephone assistance). Each of these programs represent statewide deployments through the CAPAI partner agency association. CaseWorthy is very proud to be working with State of Idaho CAP association.
