CaseWorthy Customer Webinar Featuring Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness

CaseWorthy, Inc. welcomes Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness to our weekly webinar series.  LCCEH is the only community in the nation to successfully embed homelessness services within healthcare through a partnership with Lancaster General Health – Penn Medicine, recognizing the connection between health, homelessness, and housing.  Jen has been leading the effort with CaseWorthy, Inc., to create a single software solution for social service nonprofits in Lancaster County.  She will be leading this interactive webinar this week.

LCCEH is a 160+ partner grassroots coalition.  The partners are comprised of social service providers, government, elected and public officials, healthcare providers, faith-based providers, emergency personnel, businesses, community volunteers and school districts.  LCCEH was founded in 2009 and has been recognized by President Obama’s administration for its efforts regarding Veteran homelessness through Mrs. Obama’s Joining Forces campaign.  LCCEH has also been recognized by the White House for its efforts regarding Chronic Homelessness.  Lancaster County serves over 2200 individuals in a given year including over 700 children.  Over the last 8 years, LCCEH has realized a 47% reduction in the number of people experiencing homeless on a given day (Point In Time Count) and has been able to realize major system transformations that are serving individuals and families quickly, making homelessness “rare, brief and non-recurring”.  LCCEH is a founding partner in Lancaster County’s efforts to create a single, shared software package for all social service non-profits in Lancaster County.
