Last week CaseWorthy’s own Sam Coy, J.D., MBA, PhD(C) presented an inspiring look at Social Service Information Exchange at the National Human Services Data Consortium held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Sam focused on her 15+ years of experience in the non-profit world. She reminded all of us of why we work in the Non-Profit sector; to help those in need! She emphasized how if we can work together as a collaborative unit we can meet the needs of those we are serving thereby strengthening our community. She introduced a Community Wide Solution and discussed the challenges and the benefits of working together as a collective and cohesive entity. Through a Community Wide Solution, data can be managed efficiently to better help clients receive their needed services.
