What is included with registration?
Your registration includes two and a half days of engaging sessions, hands-on lab time with product experts, interactive workshops tailored to your platform, and access to all networking events—including the Social Hour and Offsite Event at Nashville Underground. It’s everything you need to learn, connect, and amplify your impact.
When is check in / when can I pick up my badge?
Registration and Badge Pickup will be open on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 3 PM, and will re-open at 7 AM on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Where can I download the conference app?
Yes! Our official event app is Whova. The FORWARD 2026 app will launch in January 2026, giving you access to the agenda, session locations, speaker info, networking tools, and more.
What is the refund policy?
All registrants who cancel prior to December 31, 2025, will be issued a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued on or after January 1, 2026. To cancel and receive a refund, please notify us in writing at cmatteson@caseworthy.com.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Ticket transfers are allowed if requested prior to February 28, 2026. To request a ticket transfer, please email cmatteson@caseworthy.com. Be sure to include the original attendee’s full name and email address, as well as the new attendee’s full name, title, and email address. Your Account Manager will contact you to confirm the transfer.
Can I bring a guest to the social events?
Yes! Bring a guest along to enjoy the fun! This add-on ticket grants one additional person access to the FORWARD 2026 Social Hour and Offsite Event. Share the experience and enjoy an unforgettable evening together. Guest Passes can be purchased here.
