KANSAS CITY, MO: City Union Mission recently selected CaseWorthy, Inc. as their comprehensive, advanced case management database solution for their multitude of outcomes-focused programs and services. The 9-month vendor selection/evaluation process included nearly all of the City Union Mission staff who dedicated many hours of analysis and due diligence that ultimately led to the selection of CaseWorthy. The Phased implementation process will include:

Self-service for clients, volunteers, donors, providers/client supports, mentors and staff
Phase II
- Women’s and Family Ministries
- Youth Services
- Community Assistance to include Seasonal Programs and Services
- Health & Wellness Center for persons with Mental/Behavioral Illness and/or Age/Physical Disabilities
- Staff On-boarding process and integrated Purchase Order Management system
