CaseWorthy Technical Consultants are specialists responsible for configuring the software based on customer specifications and requirements. Their role involves in-depth knowledge of the product’s technical aspects, ensuring seamless configuration to meet the unique needs of the client while optimizing the software’s functionality. The team comprises reporting experts, integration wizards, and data conversion masters, and SQL maestros delivering comprehensive solutions.

Customer Support Specialists are the customers first point of contact with our team. They manage the ring groups, chat support and service queues for all of our products.

The Customer Support Specialists dispatch customer requests throughout the organization and are also trained to resolve tier one support issues.

The Customer Support Specialists are cross trained to support all CaseWorthy products to implement a single user experience for all CaseWorthy customers. This includes a single support phone line and customer portal.
