Gregory House Programs recently announced the selection of CaseWorthy, Inc. as their comprehensive, Advanced Case Management database solution provider. Gregory House Programs addresses it’s mission through a continuum of housing and homelessness prevention and support services that include:
- Two transitional housing programs
- Short-term housing assistance
- Four rental assistance programs
- Case management
- Food and nutrition program that includes supplemental groceries and hot lunches

Earlier this year, Gregory House Programs was selected as one of five agencies across the country to be a project site in Addressing HIV/AIDS services Care and Housing Coordination through RAND’s Data Integration project. Read the press release here.
