St. Louis, MO – www.ConcordanceAcademy.com – The Concordance Academy of Leadership chose CaseWorthy™ as the outcomes-focused, Advanced Case Management software solution for its re-entry initiative involving justice-involved adults.
The Academy’s curriculum includes education and job readiness, employment, substance abuse, mental health, cognitive and relationship skills, housing and life in the community. Six months prior to release, the Academy assesses each enrollee – academically, cognitively and socially – to create a customized plan for each individual. Upon release, participants engage in a year-long integrated program. Resources include an internal employment agency and an in-patient substance abuse treatment facility.
The collaborative database selection process involved faculty from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and included an in-depth evaluation of 11 software vendors. A special thank you to Peter Dore, Gary Dollar, Carrie Pettus-Davis and Danny Ludeman for their extensive due diligence process and unwavering commitment to ensure the Concordance Academy initiative will be a success at every stage of the project’s life cycle.
