A Complete Case Management Solution Unites Lancaster County
The Challenge
Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County sought a way to efficiently manage the data coming in from its many programs, which include Head Start, Utility Assistance, and RMO, to name just a few. The non-profit needed the ability to see how many “unduplicated” clients were being served. But this proved difficult since each program and its data existed in separate databases, and clients were required to enter their profile data every time they applied for assistance or enrolled in a program.

How We Helped
Single, Centralized Database
CaseWorthy offers a one-stop solution for collecting, analyzing and reporting on important data. A single database and the ability to securely share data between agencies offers CAP case workers a more complete view of the people they’re helping. Staff can see all client information, including case notes, steps and goals, the programs and services they’re eligible for, and everything they’re currently enrolled in. The data is all right there, in one system.
Built-in Compliance Reporting
Because the required data is all there in one place, filing Program Information Reports (PIR) and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) reports is easier. Case workers have 24/7 access to everything they need – data on the services, staff, children, and families assisted by Head Start and other programs.
Universal Intake Assessment
All agencies collecting the same information so they can compare and report on the same data. Staff can see all client information, including case notes, steps and goals, the programs and services they’re eligible for, and everything they’re currently enrolled in. The data is all right there, in one system.
